RELEVANT ADMINISTRATION FEE TO THE SOLICITORS
2. THE SOLICITORS WILL WRITE TO YOU IN ORDER TO WELCOME YOU AS A CLIENT OF
THEIR FIRM
3. THE SOLICITORS WILL FORMALLY REQUEST COPIES OF YOUR AGREEMENTS FROM YOUR
LENDERS
4. THE SOLICITORS EVALUATE YOUR AGREEMENTS TO DISCOVER IF YOUR AGREEMENTS ARE
UNENFORCEABLE
5. THE SOLICITORS CONFIRM TO YOU WHICH OF YOUR AGREEMENTS THEY BELIEVE ARE
UNENFORCEABLE AND WILL NOT NEED TO BE REPAID
6. WHERE POSSIBLE THE SOLICITORS CONDUCT THE NECESSARY LEGAL WORK TO
PROVE YOUR AGREEMENTS ARE UNENFORCEABLE
7. RECEIVE FORMAL WRITTEN CONFIRMATION THAT YOUR AGREEMENT IS UNENFORCEABLE
