Despite Solicitors being able to force Clients Lenders to agree that Unenforceable Credit Agreements will not need to be repaid by Clients, our Company has decided that it will no longer accept new Clients Unenforceable Credit Agreement claims

If you are an existing Client and you have received correspondence from our Company confirming that your case has been passed to Solicitors, then this will have taken place

The Solicitors who your case has been passed to will in due course write to you to confirm if they are willing to progress your claim and explain how they will be pursuing this matter

Because of the large volume of Clients cases that have been passed to the new Solicitors, we would anticipate that it may take several months for you to receive correspondence from the new Solicitors
