If you have received a Solicitors Letter or a County Court Summons seeking a County Court Judgment against you for an outstanding debt and you decide to use our Solicitors to investigate if your Credit Card or Loan is Unenforceable, our Solicitors will assist you Defend the Court Summons for a fee of only £295

If you decide to use our Solicitors to investigate if your Credit Card or Loan is Unenforceable and whilst they are conducting their investigation you receive a Court Summons, providing your outstanding balance is over £5,000 our Solicitors will Defend the Court proceedings on a No Win No Fee basis at no additional cost

If our Solicitors concluded that your Credit Card or Loan is Unenforceable, they will pursue your Claim for Unenforceability on a No Win No Fee basis at no additional cost. If the Solicitors consider it necessary, they will issue Court Proceedings against your Lender seeking a Court Order forcing your Lender to agree that your Credit Card or Loan is Unenforceable and the outstanding balance will not need to be repaid

If you have received a County Court Summons that has already resulted in a County Court Judgment, Charging Order, eviction notice or Bankruptcy petition being made against you, our Solicitors may still be able to help. However, as a significant amount of additional work may need to be conducted and you should telephone ourselves to discuss your particular situation
