UNENFORCEABLE CREDIT AGREEMENT CLAIMS ARE NOT ON HOLD
There have been one or two Newspaper articles recently suggesting that Claims on Unenforceable Credit Agreements are about to be "stayed" or "put on hold" by the Courts. This is simply not true
The Newspaper articles have attempted to use remarks made by a Judge named Derek Halbert, after making a Judgment in Chester County Court on the 19th May 2009. His Judgment found in favour of the Borrowers and against Southern Pacific Personal Loans Limited and Judge Halbert concluded the Borrowers Credit Agreement: "...is irredeemably unenforceable...". However, we may confirm that there is absolutely no hold on any form of Unenforceable Credit Agreement claim and the Solicitors we use continue to accept Unenforceable Credit Agreement claims
