The Solicitors comprises of 10 Solicitors, a Barrister (non practising), three assistant Solicitors and numerous Legal support staff. They have been established for many years and are based in Holborn within the City of London. They have built their reputation through referrals and recommendations

The Solicitors are specialists and experts in their field and pride themselves in offering sound Legal advice in an honest and jargon free way

Our Company believes that the Solicitors we refer Clients to, offer Clients the very best possible opportunity to have their Lenders agree that the outstanding balances on their Credit Agreements are Unenforceable and will not need to be repaid

Upon receipt of Clients documentation from our Company, the Solicitors will immediately write to Clients thanking them for becoming Clients of their Firm. The Solicitors will then be completely responsible for dealing with Clients Lenders, investigating the Clients Credit Agreements and informing the Clients of their conclusion

The Solicitors are so confident in their ability to successfully pursue Clients Unenforceable Credit Agreements Claims, that if they believe a Clients Agreement is Unenforceable, they will agree to accept a Clients claim for Unenforceability and pursue their claim on a No Win No Fee basis

The Solicitors agreeing to pursue a Clients claim on a No Win No Fee basis under a Conditional Fee Agreement, means that as long as a Client fully cooperates, if they lose their claim the Client will not have to pay them a fee and if they win their claim the Client will not have to pay them a fee, as they will claim their fees from the Lender

Therefore, despite the Solicitors investing numerous hours of intensive Legal work pursuing the Clients claim, if they do not win the claim, they will make little or no money. The Solicitors are therefore very motivated to ensure that each Client wins their claim

The Solicitors are members of The Law Society and are regulated by The Solicitors Regulatory Authority
